Registration

Email, password, date of birth, and a confirmation link valid for a day. Currency is chosen at signup, and additional wallets can be opened later from the cashier.

Signing In

The same credentials work on desktop and mobile browsers; there is no app. Sessions expire after inactivity and ask for the password again.

Two Factor Authentication

On an account holding cryptocurrency this is not optional in any practical sense. Enable it before the first deposit: a sign in from an unrecognised device then requires a code from your authenticator app.

Whitelisting Withdrawal Addresses

Withdrawal address whitelisting restricts payouts to wallets you approved in advance, with a cooling period before a new address becomes usable. It is the single most effective protection against an account takeover turning into a loss, because an attacker cannot redirect funds to their own wallet within the waiting window.

Verification

Government issued photo ID and a recent proof of address, uploaded once, reviewed within a few hours on business days. Required before the first withdrawal in any currency. Source of funds documents are additionally required above a regulatory threshold.

Recovering Access

Password reset by email within a minute. Locks after failed attempts clear automatically. Missing authenticator codes usually follow a phone change; support verifies identity another way. Winari never asks for a password, and never asks for a wallet seed phrase — no legitimate service does.

Limits and Breaks

Deposit, loss and session limits sit with the security settings. Tightening applies at once, loosening waits out a cooling period. Time out from a day to six weeks, self exclusion of six months or more through support, with pending withdrawals still paid.
